This gives us a chance to get to know one another, discuss your venue, and collaborate on digital strategy. Time to pop the bubbly! We will take care of the technical steps of getting your site launched, so that all you have to worry about is shouting about your new site from the (digital) rooftops! You will also receive all of your design files so that you can use your new branding & custom designs any way you would like!

To secure a date in our design calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be due on the final invoice, payable the day before we launch your new website!
Before the booking is confirmed, both parties will sign a contract. This is in place to protect everyone during the web design process and to outline expectations & responsibilities.
All invoices will be requested & paid via Dubsado, a management system allowing secure payments through credit card or bank transfer. Your client portal will also be located within Dubsado.

Nope! In fact, most of our clients don't have one prior to working with us. However, you must setup a Showit account & purchase a subscription before you can launch your new site. We are happy to help you with this! Your Welcome Packet will breakdown the subscription options to determine which is a best fit for you.

Unfortunately no, although we do provide an in-depth guide with tips for gathering all of your photos and text content for your site. While building your site, we always keep an eye out for typos and can lightly edit your text. We always format your images and graphics for web format, as well.

Great question! We use a system called Dubsado to send invoices and contracts during the project, which all live inside your individual client portal. Dubsado facilitates secure payments through credit card, bank transfer, or a payment service. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your spot in our design calendar, and the remaining 50% invoice is payable at the end of the project, just before we hit launch!
